Looking for a specific course? Contact us today for a free assessment.

Our partners provide courses ranging from business, design, technology, engineering, health to hospitality across different education levels.

  • Enrolment: You must be enrolled in a course registered on CRICOS. This confirms the course meets Australian quality standards. Provide a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from your chosen university.
  • Genuine Student Requirement (GS) for your Australian Student Visa. The GS is a crucial hurdle for your Australian student visa. It assesses your genuine intention to study, not just come to Australia for other reasons. Here’s what you need to know and what evidence to include:

Demonstrate Your Goals:

    • Clearly outline your reasons for choosing Australia and this specific program.
    • Explain how this course aligns with your previous studies and future career aspirations.
    • Show you understand the course requirements and what it takes to study and live in Australia.

Evidence to Include:

    • Academic Transcripts: Proof of your qualifications and academic journey.
    • Research into Course & Provider: Demonstrate your understanding of the program and why you chose this particular institution.
    • Employment Details: Include your current employer’s contact information and details of your position (if applicable).
    • Financial Stability: Show documents like bank statements or income tax returns proving you can support yourself during your studies.
    • Home Country Ties: Explain your personal ties to your home country (family, community) and why you can’t pursue similar studies there (if applicable).
    • Future Career Benefits: Explain how this Australian qualification will enhance your employment prospects back home or elsewhere.

Remember:

    • Answer each question in 150 words max.
    • Focus on facts and evidence to support your claims.
    • Highlight how studying in Australia benefits your future.

Additional Information:

    • The GS assesses your overall personal circumstances, including previous study history (including any gaps), immigration history, and compliance with visa conditions.
    • You can provide evidence of military service commitments, political unrest, or potential employment offers (with salary details) if relevant.
    • If you’re a minor, include information about your parent’s/guardian’s intentions regarding your studies.
  • Financial Capacity: Demonstrate sufficient funds to cover tuition fees, living expenses, and potential dependent costs for the entire duration of your postgraduate program. Scholarships or sponsor income can be included.
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC): Maintain OSHC for the entire visa validity period.
  • English Language Proficiency: Meet the required score in an approved English language.
    • Minimum test score: if principal course is accompanied with 10 weeks of ELICOS: 5,0 IELTS, 35 TOEFL, 154 Cambridge, 36 PTE, B in Occupational English test.
    • Minimum test score: if principal course is accompanied by at least 20 weeks of ELICOS: 5,5 IELTS, 46 TOEFL, 162 Cambridge, 42 PTE, B in Occupational English test.
    • Vet courses or high education: 6,0 IELTS, 64 TOEFL, 169 Cambridge, 50 PTE, B in Occupational English test.

Additional Considerations for Postgraduate Studies:

  • Academic Background: Universities might have specific academic entry requirements for postgraduate programs. These could be minimum scores in your undergraduate degree or relevant work experience. Check the university website for details.
  • Research Proposal (if applicable): Some research-oriented postgraduate programs might require you to submit a research proposal outlining your intended area of study and research goals.
